This duplex penthouse is one of four that sit on the 45th- and 46th-floor corners of a new condominium building in the heart of downtown Nashville, Tennessee.
This one occupies the northwest corner of the tower, with stunning sunsets and wide-angle views across the city.

The new tower, which is at the corner of Church Street and Fifth Avenue, "has changed downtown Nashville into a true residential neighborhood," Ms. Kelly said. "It’s changing the dynamic of downtown Nashville."
The condos, which are on floors 30 to 46 are 65% sold, Ms. Kelly said. The first 29 floors are rental apartments and they are 92% leased.
Each of the penthouses has a completely private six-car garage within the parking garage, she said.
The master suite is in the corner of the 45th floor, with two walls of wraparound glass and an outdoor balcony.
The master bathroom is a "his-and-hers paradise," Ms. Kelly said. It also features a "walk-through shower with Italian marble and a cast-iron tub that sits in the window."
The kitchen features Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances and marble countertops.
The furnishings are not included but could be part of a separate deal.
The 3,606-square-foot apartment has three bedrooms, three full bathrooms and one partial bathroom.
